Gonna make a proper post.

The day before camp. 23/7/08

"Walao eh. I hate camps. Camps suck la."

Day 1!

Reached school. Saw chingyee and jozhi and some other people playing cards. Thought to myself "Camp is gonna suck".
Went down for flag raising. Looked around. Nothing interesting.

Instructors came. Jestyn "CALL ME FISHCAKE!". I thought he was enthu. But still, this camp is gonna be boring as I knew me and some other ppl would be the only people enjoying it.

Ice breakers.

Got scolded for talking and talking. I got pissed. And I was pissed by another friend too. Thought to myself that this camp is gonna suck. Again.

Games/ Mrt railway thing.

Everyone cheated. I gave up. Shouted "EVERYONE CHEAT! WHERE GOT FUN ONE!". Which is true. So I just pass my track to someone else. And I went to slack. After the MRT track thing, Fishcake went to talk to us. And tell us that we must have Integrity and some other things. TEAM is together, everyone achieve more. I agreed a little. But was kinda annoyed that we got scolded during camp where everyone is supposed to be siao.

Shepherd games.

Scream scream scream for the blindfolded person to get to the letter we want. Boring game. But still was funner than lame MRT thing. Did quite ok, overall. Didn't get as restless.

Dry Rafting.

WHEE! DRY RAFTING! When I saw some stinky old pails and some sticks. I thought "Walao eh. must be some lame game again." Then we joined our raft. ALL 33 PEOPLE HAD TO SQUEEZE IN A SMALL RAFT. Haha. I had more fun in this I guess. Then, we went like "LEFT. LEFT. LEFT RIGHT." And yes. it didnt work. SO... I WENT TO SHOUT "AIYA! INFRONT PEOPLE WALK SLOWER. BEHIND PPL WALK FASTER! ANYHOW WALK!"
And yes. We anyhow walk. And the people behind got stuck. Especially poor old Jiaying. She got stuck. Real badly.

And yea. So.. WE GOT SUPER HIGH! AND EVERYONE GOT STUCK! HAHAHAHa! SO... The people infront, the people behind, The people in the middle went to anyhow shoot! YEA! SHOOT SHOOT SHOOT! HAHAAHA!

Then. Some people from other classes try to CHEAT! HAH! ASK ME TO NOT SHOOT INTO THEIR CLASS THE HOOP! AHAHAHA! CHEATER BUGS! HAHAHA.

ANd our score in the end was 270. Got one of the lowest. BUT WE'RE PROUD THAT WE LOST! CAUSE LOSING IS FUN! HAHAHA!

Went back to hall. WE GOTTA GO BATHE! WHEE!
So went to bathe. AND ONCE AGAIN, I DIDNT BATHE! Had to just wash up and change clothes. HAHAHA! And cause I was freakin itchy I had to get powder from Shijing. And everyone started powdering themselves and THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS FILLED WITH POWDER!

ANd yea! We had to go down and gather again. Then went back to classroom and had to figure out with some dance.

AND YES! WE HAVE THE DANCE! YEA!
Then went down and eat. Go back to hall. 1L was the third class to go! AND YEA! WE DID IT! SUPER FUN! And our class, though may not be the best dancers. We were the most cooperative one. U ROCK 1L!

Lol. LALALA! HAHA! NExt day. Woke up at 5. Then went to washup. Did exercises. Instructors came! LALALA! Then catwalk! ISA SHAKING HER BOOTY!

Hahaha. Everything ended soon after. Must say that I really enjoyed myself. Went home and sleep.

"Your class is so enthu! SO PRO! U came up with such a dance within 2 hours!" And many many other comments.

ONCE AGAIN, I'M SO PROUD OF 1L FOR BEING SUCH AN ENTHU AND LIVELY CLASS! =)

FREAKIN JASLYN IS MAKING ME DO A FUCKIN QUIZ ON SOME MEMORY LOSS SHIT THING.

And i'm not allowed to eat for 8 hours... so if i stop eating at 11, i eat at 7. And that includes not drinking sweet drinks or freakin hell sleeping.

AND RIGHT NOW, AFTER 8 HOURS and 43 MIN! SHE FREAKIN HELL HAVENT PREPARE THE FOOD! ARGHX! and i didnt get to eat properly cause i was wearing the freakin costume. -.-

So, the only proper food i ate was some bread thing at 7am in the morning... And because i can't survive without sweet drinks, it has been 6 hours me not drinking water. ARGHX! I'm an angry kathleen. Not my fault. WHO CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER?!

THEY loved the television series Grey's Anatomy so much that they obtained scrubs from friends and relatives working in the medical field.

It was a timely move for Raffles Girls' Secondary School students Rachel Tan, Zhang Liting and Jessica Chan all 15.

The Secondary 3 students wore their scrubs to school on 8 Jul, for The New Paper's Be Yourself Day (BYD) at their school, in conjunction with their Youth Day celebrations.

Rachel said: 'We love Grey's Anatomy; it has inspired us to consider becoming doctors.'

BYD, now into its seventh year , encourages school students to be creative while thinking of the less fortunate.

This is the first time Raffles Girls' is taking part in BYD.

Last year, 111 institutions took part and raised over $200,000 for the President's Challenge.

Beatty Secondary School also combined Youth Day celebrations with BYD, on 3Jul.

Sec 4 student Ian Yap, 16, dressed as a physicist and won the prize for 'Most Nerdy' costume.

He said proudly: 'In order to win a prize for being nerdy, you can't just dress as a nerd! You need to truly understand the ways of the nerd.'

The 'Most Happening' class turned up in beachwear, complete with mats, beachballs and frisbees.

The beach theme continued at St Patrick's School too, on 4 Jul.

Sec 3 student Nicholas Wayne Lee, 15, came dressed as a crab, using cardboard shaped like a crab and held barbecue tongs as his 'legs'.

He explained: 'I love seafood!'

The three schools raised $3,361..

Speech day performances. Really feel like uploading the tree one. =)
